Reservation System “ORS” Terms & Conditions
Introduction
This document sets out the Terms and Conditions that apply when making a reservation using the Orlando Aviation Authority E-commerce Website/Online Reservation System (“ORS”) to pre-purchase airport parking in the Airport Parking Garage C Level 4. By making a reservation, you acknowledge and accept these Online Reservation System Terms and Conditions, referred to hereafter as “ORS Terms & Conditions”.
Online Reservation System
The Aviation Authority provides an ORS by which you may pre-purchase airport parking. The Aviation Authority does not guarantee that the ORS or airport parking at Garage C Level 4 will be available at all times, nor does it guarantee a specific parking space.
When you have submitted a request using the ORS on the Aviation Authority’s website, you will receive an email confirmation of your reservation and a receipt of payment. Your reservation is not complete until the Reservation Confirmation email is received.
The Aviation Authority reserves the right to limit the number of reservations per person per day and/or the number airport parking stalls for reservation per day via the ORS.
Online Reservation Purchase Price and Payment
The purchase price quoted by the ORS is fixed only when you complete your reservation. Until your reservation is completed, quoted prices may vary depending on time of reservation and availability. When you provide your credit card details to complete your online reservation, you are authorizing the Aviation Authority to charge your credit card in the amount of the quoted purchase price.
The purchase price quoted by the ORS does not include any overstays (time stayed in excess of the time purchased online in advance). For overstays, you will be charged at OIA’s current posted parking rates upon exit.
All reservations require a minimum duration of stay of twenty-five (25) hours. You may stay less than the minimum duration, but will still be charged for the time reserved.
Airport Parking
The purchase price quoted by the ORS for airport parking is based on your reserved entry time until your reserved exit time in the Airport Garage C Level 4.
Airport parking purchased through the ORS includes a two (2)-hour entry grace period, meaning that you can arrive to park in Airport Garage C Level 4 up to two (2) hours before your reserved entry time. However, if you arrive earlier than two (2) hours before your reserved entry date/time, your reservation QR code will not be valid to enter the Airport Garage C. You will be required to pull a parking ticket at entrance and proceed to exit. To use your reservation, you will have to return to Airport Garage C no earlier than two (2) hours before your reservation entry time.
For example, if your reservation is from January 1st 08:00 AM to January 2nd 10:00 AM you can enter as early as 06:00 AM on January 1st and exit the next day by 10:00 AM without incurring an overstay charge upon exit.
Discounts
The Aviation Authority may offer discounted or promotional rates for use in the ORS. All such discounts and promotions are subject to availability. The Aviation Authority reserves the right to modify promotion code usage restrictions, or to vary, amend or cancel promotional rates at any time. Discounted and promotional rates are only applicable for reservations made during the times the promotional rates are valid, and will not be applied retroactively to reservations that have already been made.
The Aviation Authority will choose which discounts and promotions it makes available in the ORS; this may include some that are exclusive to the ORS.
Entering the Airport Garage with an Online Reservation
Parking customers with a reservation must enter the Airport Garage C at the same entry locations as other parking garage customers. At a self-service entry lane kiosk, however, you must scan the Reserve Code (“QR code”) on your Reservation Confirmation email or Apple/Google Wallet pass instead of selecting the “Press for Ticket” option to enter the garage. Do not press the option to obtain a physical parking ticket. Please ensure that you retain the QR code associated with your reservation as it must be scanned again at Garage C Level 4 and at a self-service exit lane kiosk or manned cashier exit lane to exit the Airport Garage C.
Reservations cannot be used in the E-PASS/ SunPass Plus entry and exit lanes.
Parking in the Airport Garage with a Reservation
Parking customers with a reservation must enter the Airport Garage C via reserved entry lane and may only park on Level 4 of Garage C. Reservations cannot be used in the E-PASS/ SunPass Plus entry lanes.
There will be no refunds for reserve customers who park at a parking facility/level other than Level 4 of Garage C.
Exiting the Airport Garage with a Reservation
Parking customers with a reservation must exit the Airport Garage C as other parking garage customers. At a self-service exit lane kiosk, or manned cashier exit gate, you must scan the same reservation code (QR code) for the reservation on your Reservation Confirmation email or Apple/Google Wallet pass. Reservations cannot be used in the E-PASS/ SunPass exit lanes.
Airport Garage parking fees are calculated from the time of reserved entry associated with the pre-purchased time of your reservation and not when you scan your reservation code (QR code) at garage entry.
The rate associated with your reservation is not transferable to any duration of stay exceeding the original pre-purchased time (i.e., early entry or late exit). If your parking stay exceeds the pre-purchased time associated with your reservation, you will be charged at exit for any overstay duration at the Aviation Authority current posted public parking rates in the Airport Garage C.
Multiple reservations may not be applied to the same parking stay. You cannot create a supplementary reservation for time stayed in the garage exceeding the original pre-purchased time. Only one reservation code (QR code) can be applied to your parking stay.
Online Reservation Modifications, Cancellations and Refunds
Your ability to make a reservation modification, cancellation and/or receive a refund may vary. You may make an amendment and/or cancellation to your reservation by clicking “Manage My Booking” within the ORS and selecting the relevant option/s.
When modifying a reservation, if the purchase price associated with the new reserved period differs from the original reservation, your original reservation will be cancelled, and the purchase price refunded to your card. You will receive a Reservation Cancellation email for the original reservation. A new reservation will be created for the modified reservation, and your card charged for the purchase price of the new reservation. You will receive a Reservation Confirmation email with the new reservation details.
You may cancel your reservation at any time up to twenty-four (24) hours before the beginning of the reserved period (reserved entry date/time in the Airport Garage C Level 4) and receive a full refund. You will receive a Reservation Cancellation email for the canceled reservation.
There will be no refunds for modifications or cancellations to a reservation made less than twenty-four (24) hours before the beginning of the Booking period (booked entry date/time in the Airport Garage C Level 4).
In the unlikely event that the Aviation Authority cannot locate a stall for your vehicle in the Airport Garage C Level 4, the Aviation will issue a full refund of your reservation charges.
Large/Heavy Vehicles
The Aviation Authority utilizes standard size parking spaces. The Aviation Authority’s parking is unable to accommodate oversized or high-profile vehicles in excess of seven (7) feet high. You enter the MCO parking facility at your own risk.
No Resale of Online Reservation / Commercial Use
A reservation is not permitted to be sold, rented, transferred, conveyed, or made available in any other way to third parties, whether on its own or bundled with other products or services, without the Aviation Authority’s expressed written consent. Doing so will result in a non-refundable cancellation of the reservation. A reservation is not to be used for commercial purposes at any time.

The Aviation Authority will use commercially reasonable technology and security policies, rules and measures to protect your personal information that the Aviation Authority has received from you from unauthorized access and improper use. The Aviation Authority will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
The Aviation Authority will neither store nor have access to any credit card information at any time; such information is securely conveyed to the Aviation Authority’s payment service provider (PSP) for payment purposes only.

Limitation of Liability
