No, Reserve Parking is only available in Garage C level 4.

Can I park outside the Reserved Level (Level 4) at Garage C?
No, all customers with online reservations must park in Garage C Level 4. Customers that do not scan their QR code at the main entry lanes and again to enter the reserved level will have to pay at exit for the full amount of time they are parked.

The minimum reservation stay is:
- Twenty-four hours (24 hour) or part thereof for all of our parking facilities.

The maximum stay is:
- Forty-five (45) days without prior notification to the parking department.

Am I guaranteed a specific parking space?
No, you cannot reserve a specific parking space. However, by reserving online you ensure that there will be a parking space available for you at the time and date indicated in your reservation.

No refunds are provided for shorter stays.

My trip was longer than I anticipated in my online reservation, how am I charged for the extra time?
You will be asked to pay the difference at the gate when you exit the Garage C. Any over-stay hours/days will be charged the drive up rate which may not be the same as the rate you paid for online reservation. The Aviation Authority is not responsible for weather delays or other airline related schedule changes.

Do I have to pay a fee to amend or cancel my reservation?
There is no fee for amending or cancelling your reservation. Please note that we only honor amendments and cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the reservation time.

I need a receipt for my parking. How do I get one?
If you reserved online, your receipt is emailed to you. If you create an account, you may go in and look at your parking history, choose a transaction, and re-print your receipt at any time.

How do I know my reservation has been accepted?
On completion of the reservation process you will:
- Receive your reservation confirmation notice while you are still online.
- Receive an email confirmation at the email address you provided when making the online reservation.
These confirmations set out the details of your online reservation and include your unique reservation reference number.

I need to make more than one reservation. Can I use the same credit card?
Yes, you may use the same card for multiple reservations providing the reservations periods do not overlap
You must not use the same card for multiple reservations when reservations overlap.

Online Reservation Questions
I reserved for my parking online; do I have to go to a specific parking lot?
If you reserved your entire parking stay online, you must park in Garage C and proceed to Level 4. You must enter the garage in the lane designated for “Reservation”.
In every case, your online reservation will be emailed to you and will contain the name of the lot and instructions.

What is the cancellation or refund policy for reservation online?
You may cancel for any reason and obtain a refund, up to 24 hours before the start of the online reserve period by logging into your account and selecting the relevant options. Refunds are only made to the credit card that paid for the reservation.
If you do not have an online account or you have been unable to successfully cancel your reservation via your online account, then you may cancel your reservation by emailing ParkAdmin@goaa.org and providing your full name, address, and reservation confirmation number or calling our customer service operator (407) 825-3562 up to 24 hours before the start of the reserved period. Please note our customer service operator is generally on duty from 8 am to 4 pm during the week and may not be available at all times.
You will be charged in full for your online reservation if you have cancelled it less than 24 hours before the start of the reservation period.

Can I reserve disabled parking online?
No, disabled parking cannot be reserved in advance. However, disabled parking is available for holders of valid permits or license plates in all of our parking lots.

How do I amend or cancel a reservation?
It is possible to amend or cancel a reservation. To do so go to the "Manage My Reservation" section, located under 'Parking' on the Airport homepage (click here).
You will need the reservation reference number from your reservation confirmation and the email address you provided during the reservation process in order to access this file. You can amend/cancel your reservation up to 24 hours in advance of your parking entry date and time.
If you decide to extend your online reservation, this will be treated as a new reservation. The prices charged for the new reservation will be based on spaces and products available at that point and may not include the same prices as offered when the initial reservation was made.

What do I need to bring with me when traveling to the parking facility?
Please bring the following with you to in order to ensure your online reservation is recognized:
- Bring your reservation confirmation email with the QR code on it and/or download the QR code on your phone.
- To exit the lot at the end of your stay you will need the same QR code, either on your phone or printed out.

What is the travel time between the parking garages and Terminal A, B and C?
Travel time between Garage C and Terminal C is a short three (3) minute walk.
Travel time between the Garage C and Terminal A & B is five (5) minutes via the APM train.

What do I need to do when I arrive at Garage C after I have reserved my parking?
- Scan your QR code at the designated entry lane. DO NOT pull a ticket to enter garage C.
- Scan your QR code to enter the Level 4 reserved parking area. The barrier gate shall rise and you can enter. Should there be a problem with reading your QR code confirmation and the gate does not rise, press the intercom button for assistant or contact the parking operator at 407-825-2104.

What do I need to do when I exit at the end of my stay?
- Exit level 4.
- Proceed to the automated exit or Attendant lane.
- Scan your QR code. The barrier gate will automatically raise and you are free to exit the parking garage.
If you have stayed longer than your original reservation period you will be asked to pay for the additional time. The balance due will be displayed and you will need to use a credit card to pay. The barrier gate will then rise and permit exit.

How close to my date/time of travel can I reserve parking?
The system will accept reservations up to 24 hours prior to the expected time of arrival at the selected parking facility.

What if I don't receive a reservation confirmation at the end of the process or a reservation confirmation email?
In this case, the reservation has not been completed successfully and the process should be carefully repeated.
If you completed the online reservation successfully but did not receive an email confirmation, please ensure that your virus checker is not blocking certain emails or classifying the email as spam.
Please make sure to write down your reservation reference number, or save the email that contains the reference number, or create an account where you can find the reservation reference number. Using this number, you can check your reservation online any time before you travel and can amend or cancel the reservation at any time up to 24 hours before your planned arrival time at the parking facility.

Which lane do I use when I get to Garage C?
At garage C entrance, please use the reservation designated lanes. The reservation designated lanes are the two lanes on the right side of the entrance plaza.

What happens if I pull a ticket at the Garage C entry?
Proceed to Level 4 “reservation level” and press the intercom button for assistance.

What happen if I entered using my E-PASS or SunPass Plus account?
Proceed to the exit lanes and exit using the designated E-PASS and SunPass Plus lanes.
Re-enter Garage C using the Reservation designated lanes and scan the online reservation QR code at entrance.

The system will recognize your reservation up to two hours in advance of your expected time of arrival.
For example, if you reserved to arrive at 10am, the system will recognize your reservation and allow you to enter the parking lot at 8am on the reserved arrival day.
If you arrive before the permitted time, you will need to exit and return during the allowed time frame.

What happens if I arrive at the entry to Garage C and a sign says that it's full?
The "Full" sign is for the information of customers who have not reserved space online. Proceed to entrance.

What happens if after entering the reserved parking level 4 at Garage C I need to leave and re-enter the parking garage again?
Once your vehicle is detected exiting the parking facility, your reservation will be treated as being complete. Should you re-enter the parking facility, this will be treated as the start of a new drive up transaction. Standard drive up parking rates will then apply.

What happens if my car is damaged or stolen while I am away?
Orlando International Airport is not responsible for any damages or theft. If your car is damaged or stolen, please contact the parking operator at 407-825-2104 or Airport police department.
